Ionian
Route
The target for this itinerary is the Ionian islands. A fair amount of sailing will be involved whilst surfing the various attractions Ionian sea. Passage will be made through the Corinth canal before stopping at Kefallonia (the island of captain Coreli's mandolin) then to the mythical Ithaca, and surrounding small islands; On to Lackaday, Anti Paxos, Paxos and finally on to the mystical Corfu. Weather and quest's preferences will determine final stop overs to and on the way back.
Information
The island of Ithaki is one of the most beautiful and authentic islands of the Ionian Sea. The island is mostly known as the home of Odysseus.
It is a small- mountainous island with green-gentle shoreline, amazing coves, red-roofed delightful houses, wonderful places for a short excursion, and lovely beaches for bathing.
